When will i receive my order?

Orders will be packed during our opening hours on Wednesdays to Sundays*. Please note that orders made after our opening hours on Sunday will not be packed till Wednesday.

You will receive a notification via email containing your tracking number. Please head to SingPost website to track your smartpac order.

Is there a pick up option?

Our physical location is opening soon!

What happens if I select PayNow as my payment option?

After placing your order, your cards will be held for 3 hours before your order is cancelled. Please make payment toUEN: 202500858Nand send a screenshot of your payment to us at +65 89262696.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Do we ship overseas?

We ship internationally! Please contact/whatsapp us at +65 89262696 if your are unable to check out or for any enquiries.

Is there a limit on the number of cards I can buy?

While we do not set a strict limit on card singles, we reserve the right to adjust or reject orders to ensure fair access for all players. If an order contains unusually large quantities, we will only fulfil a reasonable number of playsets and refund the excess. This policy helps maintain a healthy and inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to play, collect, and enjoy the game.
